Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

This was our Christmas card this year. I really miss actual cards that open. The way I display them in my house, looks way better when they open. Next year Im going back to the classic card.

This is from a family Christmas party where the REAL santa and Mrs. Claus showed up and suprised us. I know they were real, becaue they already knew what we wanted and what we were good at and what we needed to do better this next year! One of these days, Im hoping Maddox will stop that crazy smile does when the camera is out.

We had such a great Christmas. We are blessed. Especially with so many amazing family members and friends. W love you all! We are so grateful to be able to celebrate the birth of our Savior with all of you (even the ones that are far away)

My Happy New Year list of resolutions is well under way. Its almost a page already. I haven't decided if Im going to post it for everyone to see. Last year I only resolved to do one thing... Be better every day. LAME. I like a good list to look at. I like to cross thing off. I am a list making freak.

Melissa,
I was so excited to get this darling card from you. One of these years we'll actually send out cards. Your family is so adorable. Thanks so much for thinking of us. I understand what you mean about the smile that comes out when the camera does, poor Owen just struggles with his smile and try not to give him a complex by commenting too much on it. Hope you guys had a wonderful holiday.
Love, Briana

I love your card. So so cute! I feel the same way. Next year, I am doing them! It's one of my favorite things about the holidays (getting cards from friends and family), but for the last two years I've been a slacker. Next year! Glad your holiday was great!
